Shipping 运费
运费须知项目
1)我们将透过Skynet快递服务来处理所有西马的订购包裹,至于沙巴及砂拉越州的订购包裹则会以Poslaju来处理。一旦包裹被寄出,我们将会电邮相关的快递单号给订户。订户可以到以下网址链接输入相关快递单号,以了解订购包裹的运输情况。

2)西马内陆地区或是体积超标的订购包裹,我们将一律直接使用Poslaju快递服务来寄出。主要是我们会依据地区及包裹的体积及大小,并透过适当的快递服务来寄出所有的包裹。如未能提前通知,请多多包涵。
3)如果订户所提供的邮寄地址或是联络资料有误而导致包裹被退回,工作人员会再尝试联络您以处理第二次的邮寄工作,而第二次的快递费用则需由订户额外付费。
4)至于国外的订户如想订购,欢迎您与我们客户服务接洽查询相关的快递费用。

1)We provide Skynet shipping on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, we will provide Poslaju shipping for Sabah & Sarawak areas. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted. You may track your parcel here:

2)All shipment to Zone 2 (Peninsular) and oversize parcel will be converted to Poslaju without prior notice. i-pinko.com reserves the rights to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and the weight of goods.
3)If you've given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will contact you and resending the parcel to you. However, you will have to pay the additional shipping fee for resending the parcel.
4)For other country, please contact our customer service to get the shipping rates.
